In consideration of being permitted to participate in activities at Smokin' Oak Ranch ("SOR"), I hereby acknowledge and agree to the following terms.

Activities & Inherent Risks. Activities at SOR include, but are not limited to: horseback riding, hunting, shooting sports, hiking, fishing, swimming, pool use, ATV/UTV use, playground use, and wildlife observation. I acknowledge that all such activities involve inherent risks of personal injury, death, or property damage, and I voluntarily assume all such risks.

Release of Liability. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Chris Heule, Erika Heule, Smokin' Oak Ranch, their officers, agents, servants, employees, and all other persons or entities acting in any capacity on their behalf (collectively "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury—including death—that may be sustained by me or by any property belonging to me, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise, while participating in any activity at SOR or while in, on, or around the premises.

Indemnification. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorneys' fees, that may incur due to my participation in activities at SOR, whether caused by the negligence of the Released Parties or otherwise.

Medical Authorization. In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Released Parties to obtain emergency medical treatment on my behalf. I agree to be financially responsible for any medical costs incurred.

Rules & Conduct. I agree to follow all rules and regulations established by SOR and to conduct myself in a safe and responsible manner at all times. I acknowledge that failure to follow rules may result in removal from the property without refund.

Minors. If I am signing on behalf of a minor child, I certify that I am the parent or legal guardian of that child and have authority to execute this waiver on their behalf. I agree that this waiver applies to that minor in full.

Governing Law & Severability. This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement. This constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions. I have read this waiver in its entirety, fully understand its terms, and sign it voluntarily.
